Grant Deneau Tower

Working with The Windsor Companies on the Grant Deneau Tower in Dayton has been a pleasure.

The Grant Deneau Tower is a 23-floor apartment building in Downtown Dayton, poised to become a premier residential location. For this project, we designed and installed a state-of-the-art fire alarm system that includes voice evacuation and emergency two-way communication. This is one of the largest fire alarm projects we’ve ever completed, and we’re proud to have partnered with Windsor Companies to bring it to life.
